Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws,
which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code.
High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne
illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing.
Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors
that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training,
documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered
best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely
manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel
compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure
when necessary.
Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils.
-Observed employee beverage container stored on in-use food preparation table.
Basic - Employee drinking from an unenclosed beverage container in a food preparation/clean dishware area and the container does not have a dispensing mechanism to prevent hand contact with lip contact area of drink container. Observed employee drinking from an open container at prep station.
Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items.
-Observed employee cellular phone stored on food preparation table.
Basic - Food stored on floor.
-Observed various food items stored on kitchen floor.
-Observed bags with produces stored on walk in cooler floor. **Repeat Violation** **Admin Complaint**

-Observed severe uncovered containers with cooked chicken and egg rolls stored in walk in cooler. **Repeat Violation** **Admin Complaint**
High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking and the time removed from temperature control cannot be determined.
-Observed at 12:45 p.m. no time mark on cooked chicken wings at cookline held using time as a public health control. Per operator, chicken cooked at 11:30 a.m. Operator correctly time mark chicken.
Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed hand wash sink in restroom block with cooking oil and rolling cart. **Repeat Violation** **Admin Complaint**
Intermediate - Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked.
-Observed no date mark on cooked chicken, pork and egg rolls stored in walk in cooler. Per operator, items cooked more than 24 hours ago. **Repeat Violation** **Admin Complaint**
