Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

25-27-4    Basic - Straws provided for customer self-service not individually wrapped or in an approved dispenser. Observed at the bar. The manager discarded the straws. **Corrected On-Site**
14-17-4    Basic - Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. **Repeat Violation**
12A-13-4    High Priority - Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed the dishwasher touched dirty dishes and removed the clean dishes from the dish machine without washing his hands.
08A-04-5    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over or with unwashed produce. Observed raw lobster, fish and shrimp over vegetables in the walk-in cooler. The cook put the fish on the bottom shelf. **Corrected On-Site**
29-34-4    High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed at the mop sink. **Repeat Violation**
22-02-4    Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed the soda gun nozzle holder soiled at the bar. The bartender cleaned it. **Corrected On-Site**
