Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

35B-01-4    Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside.
36-17-5    Basic - Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Observed a broken tile in the walk in freezer.
36-12-4    Basic - Floors not constructed to be easily cleanable. Observed deep grout throughout the kitchen area.
14-69-4    Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer.
10-07-4    Basic - In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed utensil stored in water at 69°F. Employee removed the water. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
21-04-4    Basic - In-use wet wiping cloth/towel used under cutting board. Observed at the beverage station.Employee removed it. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
08A-20-5    High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Observed raw chicken stored above raw beef inside the walk in cooler. Employee placed raw chicken at the bottom. **Corrected On-Site**
