Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Inside fan next to ice machine. Hood vents above grill. **Repeat Violation**
08B-12-5    Basic - Stored food not covered. Ice cream cones stored on top of ice cream machine. Manager wrapped ice cream cones. **Corrected On-Site**
21-38-4    Basic - Wiping cloth sanitizing solution stored on the floor. Sanitizer bucket stored on floor across from make line. Manager placed sanitizer bucket on shelf. **Corrected On-Site**
35A-04-4    High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed 30 rodent droppings on floor in the corner of the outside storage shed where single service items are stored. **Admin Complaint**
03B-01-6    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Item stored in basket over fryer: fries (125F - Hot Holding). Manager stated fries were reheated 10 minutes prior to temperature being taken.
