SEARCH UNLICENSED ACTIVITY COMPLAINTS 4:36:04 AM 10/10/2024

The search engine below provides a listing of public complaints against persons or business that, at the time of the complaint, were not licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR).

To perform a search by name: Enter the last name of the person or the name of the business. If your search is on a person, you may also enter the person’s first initial. Selection of the county or board under which the person/business should have been licensed is optional.

To perform a search by county: Select the county. Please note that a county search will only show all relevant licenses with an address of record in the county selected. Because individuals and companies with DBPR licenses may be authorized to perform services in many counties throughout Florida, a licensee whose address of record with the Department is located in a different county than the one you are searching for will not be displayed in your county search results. For example, “ABC Construction Company” may have an address in Orange County, but has performed unlicensed activity in Polk County. If you enter Polk County in the “County Type” below, ABC Construction Company will not be displayed in your search results for Polk County.
